Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information FlowRedd collects when you use our website and agency dashboard, and how we use it.
1. Overview
FlowRedd respects your privacy. This policy applies to flowredd.com, the agency dashboard, and related APIs. By using FlowRedd, you agree to the practices described here and in our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
Account information: email, agency name, password (stored hashed), referral code, and wallet balance.
Order and model data: model names, billing plans, subreddit targets, posting schedules, media URLs, Telegram usernames, and order status.
Account delivery: Agencies transfer an AdsPower browser profile to reddflow@outlook.com. We store the Telegram username used to confirm receipt and the AdsPower profile ID once linked.
Usage and analytics: pages visited, approximate country (from hosting provider headers), session cookies for login, and post logs (subreddit, title, URL, status, timestamps).
Payment data: transaction IDs and amounts from Plisio or wallet events. We do not store full crypto wallet keys or card numbers on our servers.
3. How we use information
- Provide dashboard access, billing, and specialist coordination
- Display live post tracking and analytics to your agency
- Operate posting queues and bot/webhook integrations
- Send optional service emails (e.g. weekly reports) if enabled
- Prevent fraud, enforce terms, and improve the product
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Specialists assigned to your orders (only what they need to post)
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) under confidentiality obligations
- Payment processors (e.g. Plisio) to complete transactions
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
5. Retention
We retain account and order data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, accounting, and dispute resolution. You may request account deletion by emailing support; some records may be kept where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. payment logs).
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and encryption for sensitive credentials. No system is 100% secure — you are responsible for safeguarding your login and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may record anonymous visit counts and country for internal analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may break login.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate (including the EU and United States). By using FlowRedd, you consent to such transfers subject to applicable safeguards.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact support@flowredd.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Refund requests are governed by our Terms — we do not offer refunds for privacy-related deletion requests tied to active paid periods.
10. Children
FlowRedd is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
