Terms of Service

FlowRedd ("FlowRedd", "we", "us") provides a software platform that connects OFM and digital marketing agencies ("you", "Agency", "Customer") with independent Reddit posting specialists ("Specialists"). We facilitate scheduling, reporting, billing, and account management. Specialists perform manual posting work; FlowRedd does not guarantee Reddit outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You represent that you have authority to bind your agency and that all models/content you submit comply with applicable laws and Reddit's rules.

• Provide a Reddit account only via AdsPower profile transfer to reddflow@outlook.com for models you are authorized to manage.
• Confirm that each transferred profile meets the karma, age, and verification requirements of every subreddit you request.
• Supply accurate schedules, media links, subreddit lists, and posting preferences.
• Do not request illegal content, non-consensual material, or posts that violate Reddit or subreddit rules.
• You are responsible for the Reddit accounts inside profiles you transfer to FlowRedd.

When you hire a Specialist, you purchase access to their time and expertise for the billing period selected (trial, daily, weekly, or monthly). Specialists plan titles, body text, and media mapping based on your inputs, then warm up and post manually. Posting volume targets are goals, not guarantees — Reddit moderation, shadowbans, account restrictions, and platform changes can reduce or stop delivery at any time.

All fees are quoted on the platform and charged in advance through our payment providers (including cryptocurrency via Plisio) or from your FlowRedd wallet balance. Prices may change for new orders; existing paid periods are honored at the rate shown at checkout. You are responsible for network fees, exchange spreads, and taxes.

All sales are final. FlowRedd does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes, without limitation:

• Trial, daily, weekly, or monthly plans
• Partially used billing periods or unused days
• Paused, cancelled, or completed orders
• Wallet top-ups and balance purchases
• Removed posts, bans, shadowbans, or account suspensions on Reddit
• Dissatisfaction with reach, traffic, or conversion results
• Specialist unavailability after payment (we may assign a replacement at our discretion)
• Duplicate charges where you fail to contact support within 48 hours with proof

By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you waive any right to chargebacks, payment reversals, or refunds except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction explicitly requires otherwise and cannot be waived by contract.

You may pause active orders from your dashboard where the product allows it. Pausing does not extend your billing period and does not entitle you to a refund. When a plan expires, posting stops until you renew. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms without refund.

Reddit, AdsPower, Telegram, Google Drive, and other third-party services are not operated by FlowRedd. We are not liable for outages, policy changes, enforcement actions, or data loss on those platforms. You use Reddit at your own risk.

We handle account credentials and operational data as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.

FlowRedd and specialist services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted posting. We do not warrant any level of karma, traffic, sales, or account longevity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowRedd's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to FlowRedd for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the thirty (30) days before the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost accounts.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on flowredd.com. Material changes apply to new orders after the update date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
